Jay Dyer interesting thought

in a lecture on revolutionary thought of all sorts, refuting it, Jay
Dyer noted that they suppose that multiplicity automatically means
conflict.

But it doesn't.

Jay is a convert to Orthodoxy and notes that in The Holy Trinity
there is multiplicity and NO conflict. This is a model for us all.

(one could argue that with the monarchy of The Father on the one
hand, and the fact They are an odd number while being one, that
if there was a conflict The Father would settle it and/or someone
would make a tie breaking vote. This presupposes conflict that
does not exist in The Holy Trinity, never did never will. But if
someone wants to insist that there must have been some kind of
process or disagreement or whatever, their effort to turn The
Trinity into a debating society is stymied by the fact of the monarchy
of The Father and the fact that The Holy Trinity is three, not two
and not four. However, this said, I agree with Jay Dyer's position,
I just like to consider what someone is likely to think up or may
have already stated somewhere, and answer it ahead of time.

This sort of conflict within a supposedly divine multiplicity is a
feature of polytheism, ancient philosophers tried to argue that
the many "gods" were just manifestations or aspects of one god,
sort of modalism I guess, but it still remained a mess.

The True God is not a "god concept." He is a Person or rather
A unified multiple One that exists as Three Persons.

Someone expressed worry about how the idea of some pagans
about their idols, that these are not the "gods" but the "gods"
receive worship through them, is similar to the attitude of RC
and EO about icons, that the original receives the honor given
the copy. But why this should be an issue going against icons
is ridiculous, this is the argument by Paul against idols that
though they are nothing demons hide behind them and receive
the honor given them. And one honors an image of Christ or
of The Theotokos or lesser saints, and they received the honor
given their images.

The issue is not so much the process as WHO is honored by
it.)
