The Seduction of Sarah Palin

http://www.conspiracyarchive.com/Articles/Palin_CNP_Pioneer_Fund.htm

"No one on America's political stage today has more motivation to oppose eugenics than Sarah Palin. The Alaskan Governor and Vice-Presidential running mate has learned experientially about the sanctity of life. In April, she gave birth to a baby boy with Down syndrome (Demer, no pagination). When she first learned that the child would be born with the birth defect, Palin chose life in a situation where 90 percent of women have an abortion (no pagination). Lisa Demer has correctly described Palin "as anti-abortion as a politician can be" (no pagination).
[BLOG EDITOR NOTE: Actually eugenics of the positive sort or selective breeding, and neutral as I would call it, avoid trouble, is not automatically pro abortion. Only negative eugenics or culling would promote abortion. Palin might be very susceptible to the idea of preventing conception of Down's Syndrome children, while not supporting aborting of those already conceived. And then she might just be stupid.]
It was, therefore, disturbing to learn that Palin had been vetted by a secretive group with connections to the eugenics movement. In a September 1, 2008 article forThe Nation, Max Blumenthal reported that the "members of the Council for National Policy are the hidden hand behind McCain's Palin pick" (no pagination). According to Blumenthal, the Council for National Policy (CNP) met at a hotel in downtown Minneapolis the week of the Democratic National Convention to acquaint themselves with Palin (no pagination). The article also stated that the Palin selection secured McCain the support of the conservative movement and that CNP participant James Dobson "may soon emerge from his bunker in Colorado Springs to endorse McCain, providing the Republican nominee with the backing of the Christian right's single most influential figure" (no pagination).
For many people on the left, it is hard to swallow the idea that the CNP has ties to the eugenics movement. After all, CNP participants such as James Dobson, Tim LaHaye, and Alan Keyes are considered to be stalwart pro-lifers. George W. Bush even put in an appearance at a secret meeting of the CNP in 2000 promising to nominate only pro-life judges (no pagination). There is a body of evidence, however, that suggests that all the pro-life rhetoric and pro-life participants may be mere window dressing to hide the sinister goal of creating a master race."

Relics, icons, and crosses onboard Intl. Space Station

Moscow, Russia, Jan 20, 2010 / 12:11 am (CNA) -
The Gospels, four icons, crosses and a relic of
the True Cross have been taken aboard the
Russian segment of the International Space
Station (ISS), a Russian cosmonaut has
reported. A photo taken by the station crew
shows an icon and a crucifix floating in zero
gravity in the ISS.

Writing on his blog at the website of the

Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos),
Cosmonaut Maksim Suraev responded to
readers' questions about religious symbols
on the space station.

"We have four holy icons on the Russia

segment. We also have the Gospels and
a big cross," he said, according to a blog
entry translated by Russia Today in
November 2009.

Russia Today reported that the Lord's Divine

Cross was given to A.N. Merminov, the head
of Roscosmos, by the late Patriarch of
Moscow Aleksy II. The cross was delivered
to the station in 2006 by the crew of Soyuz
 TMA-8.

Suraev added that he has a reliquary cross

in his cabin.

[A reliquary is a container of a relic, so the
True Cross segment is in a container the
shape of a larger cross. - Justina]

"A priest gave it to me at Baikanur before

the launch. Father Job told me a piece of the
original cross on which Jesus was crucified is
contained in mine."

He added that his cross was blessed in the

major monastery of Sergiev Posad.

"It will be with me the whole expedition

and will return with me to Earth," the
cosmonaut wrote.

Holy relics and other objects have been on

previous spaceflights. U.S. astronaut Ronald
Garan brought a relic of St. Therese of
Lisieux with him on the space shuttle
Discovery in 2008. He plans to bring another
relic of the saint with him on a mission to
the ISS in 2011.

Another view on Krakatoa sunsets

Now HERE is something really interesting. Also
reassuring in a weird sort of way.

Charles Hoy Fort used to hang out reading
newspapers, history source materials, etc. And
he wrote four books, and I am rereading them.

Maybe you all have heard how Krakatoa was
credited with causing seven or more years of
wildly red sunsets and bluish discolored moons.
That was a volcano that blew up Aug. 28, 1893.

Some scientist named Nordenskield, before
this happened, had written on cosmic dust,
and Prof. Cleveland Abbe argued against
Krakatoa being the explanation for the red
sunsets afterwards.

Going against the standard explanation, and
favoring Nordenskield and Abbe, are these two
facts. The atmospheric phenomena explained
by Krakatoa were observed in Trinidad BEFORE
1893, Fort cites Annual Register 1883-105; and
they were seen in Natal, South Africa, 6 months
BEFORE Krakatoa erupted,
Fort cites Knowledge 5-418.
"The Complete Books of Charles Fort" pp. 16-18,
"The Book of the Damned" ("damned" being
ignored facts, consigned to oblivion by the
scientific establishment).

Further, the red sunsets didn't last for seven
straight years, but there was a lapse for a
while.

Seems like cosmic dust arrived in a cloud a
few times,  and Krakatoa was coincidental.

That also means that when the big cloud of
cosmic dust supposedly headed our way hits,
it will be taken in stride by the Earth like the
last batch.

David Kelly suicide must be murder or why this sealing of the records?

David Kelly post mortem to be kept secret for 70 years as doctors accuse Lord Hutton of concealing vital information

By MILES GOSLETT
Last updated at 12:49 PM on 25th January 2010
Vital evidence which could solve the mystery of the death of Government weapons inspector Dr David Kelly will be kept under wraps for up to 70 years.

In a draconian – and highly unusual – order, Lord Hutton, the peer who chaired the controversial inquiry into the Dr Kelly scandal, has secretly barred the release of all medical records, including the results of the post mortem, and unpublished evidence.

The move, which will stoke fresh speculation about the true circumstances of Dr Kelly’s death, comes just days before Tony Blair appears before the Chilcot Inquiry into the Iraq War.

It is also bound to revive claims of an establishment cover-up and fresh questions about the verdict that Dr Kelly killed himself.
